In relation to pasteurization and sterilization of food and beverage, we have both systems,  the traditional equipments, and the new and innovative ones that allow us to maintain the functional properties in the final products:

a)       High pressure

b)      Cold pasteurization

c)       Flash thermal treatment

d)      Microwave treatment

e)      Ultrasound

               

                Normaly in food and beverage, we recommend not using ionizing radiation nor the use of ozone, since we only apply it on some occasions and to sterilize surfaces or waters for certain applications
