tradicionaes, la planta de blanqueo es el principal factor responsable de los
problemas de contaminación.
De hecho, los compuestos no blanqueados, se concentran
principalmente en los efluentes de la primera etapa de extracción en solución
básica.

New protein sources:
a) Waste products from beer brewing can be utilized
b) Fly larvae become fish feed
c) Grass on the menu; Protein from grass has an amino acid composition
similar to that usually found in animal products
d) Methane gas becomes proteins; Bacteria live off gas and can be
harvested as protein granules
e) Microalgae packed with proteins; Researchers have optimized
